Prepare origami sheet. Fold origami in half to make a triangle.

Fold so that bottom left slope meets the horizontal center line. Fold so that top left
slope meets the horizontal center line.

Flip over the origami.

Fold so that bottom left slope meets the horizontal center line. Fold so that top left
slope meets the horizontal center line.

Mountain-fold in half.

Vertically flip over the origami.

Push the left side bottom edge to the right side (; push down inside the model
toward right side) by changing it into valley-fold. Push down and fold the top
corner  inside the model to make a swan face.

Swan origami!
