Prepare 1 sheet of origami paper and fold it in half to …

make a triangle. Unfold.

Fold the right corner to the center. Fold the left corner to the center.

Fold right hand side to 1/3 length from the left edge. Fold the left hand side, as shown.

Unfold the left hand side, but fold it again along the lop layer’s left edge,
wrapping the current top layer inside.

Mountain-fold the right hand side courner to the back (wrapping), as shown.
Turn over.

Now, valley-fold the bottom toward top, and press.

Mountain-fold the top layer’s top corner, as shown and flatten.

Flip over again. Origami chopstick wrapper !
Place chopsticks in the origami chopstick wrapper :)
